1. Who you are contracting with
ShipTeaser (shipteaser.com) is published and operated by Guich Studio LLC, 1087 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, United States (“we”, “us”). Contact: guich.studio@gmail.com.
2. The service
ShipTeaser takes a product URL you provide, visits that page with an automated browser to extract its brand and content, and generates short marketing videos from it. Generation is powered in part by third-party AI models. You can steer the result with a short brief and with natural-language revision instructions.
The service is provided as-is and evolves continuously. We may add, change or remove features, and we may change or discontinue the service. Where a change materially affects a paid plan, we will notify affected subscribers by email.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- You create an account with an email address and password, or with “Continue with Google”. Email/password sign-up requires confirming a 6-digit code sent to your address.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
4. Free trial allowance
You can generate one free demo video without an account. This allowance is enforced per IP address, and it is a one-off — it does not renew. Free demo videos are subject to the retention rules in section 9 and may be removed sooner than videos generated from a paid account. Circumventing the allowance (rotating IP addresses, proxies, automated retries) is a breach of these terms.
5. Plans, quotas and payment
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. The plans, their prices and their weekly video allowances are shown on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
- Your allowance is counted per calendar week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC. Unused videos do not carry over.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.
6. Your content and the URLs you submit
You keep ownership of everything you supply: the product URL, your brief, your logos, screenshots, fonts and music. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that material for the sole purpose of generating and delivering your videos, including sending it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to submit the product URL and to have its content — text, images, logo, brand — extracted and reused in a video;
- you hold the rights to every file you upload, including music tracks and font files, and to their use in the videos you generate and publish;
- your content does not infringe anyone’s rights and does not break any applicable law.
7. Ownership of generated videos
Subject to your having paid any amounts due, you own the videos generated for you and may use them commercially. Note that generated videos incorporate material extracted from the page you submitted and any assets you uploaded, so your right to publish a video depends on your rights in that underlying material.
We retain all rights in the ShipTeaser software, templates, rendering engine and website. Nothing here transfers them to you.
8. AI-generated output
Videos are generated automatically by AI models. Output may contain factual errors, misread your brand, or be unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing every video before publishing it. We make no warranty about accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose, and generated output is not advertising, legal or financial advice. Because generation is model-driven, we cannot guarantee that a given output is unique.
9. Availability, storage and deletion
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Rendering is queued and may fail or be delayed; a failed render does not consume your weekly allowance.
- Videos generated from an account are stored for as long as your account exists. We give no retention guarantee for free demo videos, which may be removed at any time. Download and keep your own copies — we are not a backup service.
- You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to guich.studio@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit URLs, files or briefs that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringe someone else’s intellectual property;
- impersonate a brand or person you are not authorised to represent;
- attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits or the free allowance, probe our infrastructure, or use the service to reach internal, private or non-public network resources;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- use the service to generate misleading advertising or content that breaks a platform’s rules.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, or that creates a security, legal or cost risk to the service. Where the breach is not serious, we will try to warn you first.
11. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties (hosting, storage, AI models, payment and email providers). Their outages, changes or restrictions may affect ShipTeaser. We are not liable for the acts or failures of those providers beyond what the law requires of us.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost audience or reputational harm arising from a video you published. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our liability for fraud, and nothing limits the statutory rights of consumers under mandatory law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections 6, 7, 8, 12 and 14 survive.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of New York, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. We will notify account holders by email of material changes; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
